Want to Diversify Your Portfolio?
Even if you are happy with our mutual fund system offerings, and
find them working well for you, you may be looking for
another investment vehicle. Or you may find our focus
on Fidelity mutual funds doesn't interest you at all.
We all certainly need to diversify our portfolios, and even
we don't put 100% of our money in the Fundztrader
systems. A well diversified portfolio is crafted from
choosing mutual fund investments that can give above market returns,
but are not correlated to each other either. Often they
are invested in different sector funds (e.g real
estate, gold, commodities, etc.) or utilize timing methods
that are in the markets for significantly different periods
of time (for example swing trading vs trend trading).
Since we don't expect everyone to put all their money in
any one mutual fund system, including ours, we list here some
alternative investment products. Each of you
have your own financial situation to consider, and these
listings can't be considered an endorsement. But we think
these products provide an opportunity to give a reasonable
degree of diversification. We'll be adding to this
list, be we will be keeping it short and diversified, to
provide you a meaningful menu of investment options.
Remember, it's important that you study these on your own
and make an informed decision.
TimingCube: 4 Trades a Year. You
may have seen this service is advertised primarilly as
a stock market timing signal used to time investments
in market index funds. However, you can combine
their signals with our ETF ranking system, by buying
to top 3-4 ranked funds on a buy signal, and simply
going to a money market fund on a sell
signal. This significantly reduces the drawdowns
of the Exchange Traded Fund system, while reducing the
returns only slightly. Since it trades ETF's
you don't have to worry about paying an early redemption
fee that you would have with most mutual funds. Using our exchange traded fund
rankings performs better than using the index funds
that are tracked on the Timing Cube site. Try it
risk-free for 30 days.
